AN appeal by J. and D. •Craik, hauliers, Scone, Perthshire, was partly successful at Edinburgh last week, They asked the Transport Tribunal to allow a threevehicle A 'licence to be renewed with an extended normal user.
This was granted, but the appeal failed in respect of three trailers which had also been sought. Craik's were opposed by.' the British Transport Commission, James Gilmore and Sons, and Clark and Dutch, Ltd.
