'SENTENCE of 30 days' imprisonment P-Jwas p'assed on Leo Heenigan, a haulier, of Barlby, Yorks, at .Dumfries Sheriffs' Court last week. Mr. C. F, M. Morrell, Procurator Fiscal; said that Heenigan had altered the details of an A licence displayed on his lorry and he had no correct licence for goods he was carrying
on 'the-Carlisle-Edinburgh road. : For the haulier, his solicitor said that he had lost £10,000 on his business since 1950, in addition to-a.further loss of g975 when he failed to continue hire-purchase payments on a lorry.
