• Caldaire subsidiary Selby & District has taken full responsibility for Selby's urban services, with the purchase of four town routes from local operation Steve Stockdale.
No vehicles are involved in the deal, which leaves Stockdale with his coaching business as well as town services in Goole.
S&D has recast Selby routes to fit in with its own, and has brought in six 25Seat minibuses from sister company United Automobile to increase capacity.
