AFTER more than six years in senior transport engineering posts with Whitbread and Co, Andrew Davis has left to work as a consultant on specialist transport engineering projects. These include an advanced new distribution vehicle concept.

Davis, an active member of the Brewery Transport Advisory Committee, has for the past two years been chairman of its committee promulgating the concept of low-load distribution vehicles. He will now, in addition, be handling physical distribution and transport engineering projects for operators as well as equipment and vehicle manufacturers worldwide.
