DLEY magistrates have dismissed charge against the owner of a sty track-laying tractor that it was
on the public road illegally, nuch as it had no resilient material een the track rollers and the road ,ce. This was held to be a conaition of Regulation 7 (2) of the ar Vehicles (Construction and Use) ,sk-laying Vehicles) Regulations.
