Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CRANKED-CHASSIS semi-trailer to carry 4-cu.-yd. concrete-mixing plant, has been evolved by Fox Trailers, Ltd., Liverpool, 24. One of its advantages is that a semi-trailer may he left at a site so that the prime mover may be released for other work.

The semi-trader axle loading is 9 tons, and there is a water-ballast tank over the turntable so that the tractor's rear axle may be loaded as desired. The water can be used for mixing.

So that unmade ground may be traversed, the chassis is made from heavy sections. Both air-pressure and vacuum brakes arc fitted. The use of the outfit is claimed to be cheaper than that of a heavy rigid vehicle.
