Reporting on the Burnley Corporation Bill, the Lancashire County Crouneil says that, so far as the running of buses outside the borough is concerned,
• the corporation at once agreed to insert the usual road adaptation clause. As a result of the opposition of certain other interested parties before the Parliamentary Committee of bath Houses, the running of buses outside the borough under the Bill has now been ret feted.
