have decided to err on the side of caution, Logan is eating less beef than before to minimise the risk: "You can eat beef all your life but it only takes one piece of affected meat to cause the damage," he says. Scott has stopped eating beef completely and has switched to pork and lamb. With the various scares doing the rounds— salmonella in chicken, TB in pigs—has he thought of becoming a vegetarian? "No," he says, "I like meat too much."
