Until this week I hadn't realized that in Sweden they have a transport school— dealing with all modes, apparently, but weighted towards road freight. I learned of the school's existence only because a party of 35 students—ranging in age from about 15 to 30—made a four-day visit to Britain this week, starting on Monday with a tour of the RHA's London office.
Other places on their visiting list, I understand, were the Port of London, Atlas Express, Bonallack and Sons at Basildon, and Containerway and Roadferry headquarters.
