Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The website of MTS Trailers (not to be confused with trailer repair company MTS South West) is clean, simple and easy to navigate. The vertical menu on the left gives access to the stock list (or 'catalogue', as this site has it),

while the horizontal menu at ArfidT4

the top of the page contains the other links.

'curtainsiders' or `skeletals', for example. The central panel of the website will list any suitable trailers in stock both new and used giving brief details such as make, model and year.

Click the 'More info...' link to view a reasonably szed image and also read a oneor twosentence description this sets out the trailer's dimensions, spec, condition and colour.

Multiple images are available for many of the trailers up to four photos per item, showing it from a variety of angles, and including the occasional internal shot, too.

A range of makes are available: at the time of writing, stock ranged from a 2006 Montracon triaxle flatbed to a 4.57m-high SDC curtainsider dating from 1998.

As is often the case with used truck and trailer websites, all prices are on application.

Although the stock list is easy to navigate, Webwatch feels that it might benefit from some kind of search function or perhaps just the ability to list all the trailers at once.

MTS is always on the lookout for clean trailers. If you have any to sell, we suggest that you contact the company via www.mts-trailers.co.uk/contact.php

MTS has adopted a minimalist approach with its website. In fact, apart from the homepage and the stock listing, there are only two other pages. The first is a 'contact us' page, which gives the firm's address in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, as well as a link to an interactive map; the second is a page with ordering instructions.

The company also offers a full parts range, although you will need to contact MTS direct to find out more about this.

Conclusion

This website looks good and works well; but while plenty of detail is given about the trailers in stock, we would have liked to see a little more information about the company itself and the other services that it offers. •
