Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Truck thefts are on the rise, and with them insurance premiums. One way to tackle this problem is to step up theft-prevention measures, such as installing telematics that track stolen vehicles and disclose their whereabouts to the company, who can then alert the police. Some insurance companies are likely to offer reduced premiums if a company can show it is mitigating against the threat of theft. Even though there are fewer insurers of trucks than, say, houses or cars, we would still encourage companies to shop around for the best deal. If third-party insurance is sought, then it is wise to ensure your drivers play their part and operate as safely as possible — driver reward schemes are invaluable in this instance," says Don Armour, manager for fleet information at the Freight Transport Association.
