Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANOTHER co-operative organization for the purchase and sale of commercial vehicles and private cars has been set up in Lisbon with the backing of 400 commercial-vehicle and taxi operators.

Known as the Transportadores Unidos Para Kepresentativs e Emoprundimentos Comercial, the concern has occupied premises at 36, Av. de Republica. It intends to extend its operations throughout Portugal and the Portuguese Empire. At present agencies for commercial vehicles are being sought and the organization is particularly anxious to obtain an agency for an oil-engined vehicle for taxi or private-car use.

The advantage of bulk purchase which this concern can offer its shareholders has already proved valuable in another organization of the same type, U.T.I.C. (Uniao de Transportados pare Importacao c Commercia).
