Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NIGHTFREIGHT has boosted its capacity to operate vehicles at a new site in West Yorkshire after negotiating a contract extension with its customer Ofice Depot.

Authorisation has been granted for the overnight carrier and express delivery irm to operate 14 vehicles and four trailers out of a centre at Wakeield Europort in Castleford.

Ian Smith, Nightfreight CEO, says: “As a result of a two-year contract extension with Ofice Depot, Nightfreight has relocated its Castleford operations to a new site in Castleford and has increased its O-licence capacity to accommodate planned future growth.” It claims a “record volume of repeat business on its books” after renewing several contracts with customers such as Jungheinrich, Vaculug and Rapid Racking, as well as Ofice Depot.

In September, Nightfreight predicted it would return to the black this year following a £2.1m pretax loss during 2010.
