Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE POST Office had an energy drive earlier this month. It was to launch the first of 80 new British-built electric Royal Mail vans, 40 of which are Bedford CFs.

Stirling Moss and Richard Noble, the world land speed record holder, drove two of the new electric vans post haste through huge paper energy barriers in Battersea Park, London. If the vehicles prove successful there could be a significant switch to electric transport in the Post Office's 27,000-strong fleet. It is one of the largest in Europe.

Fuel cost of the CF is just 2p per mile for overnight charging. Maintenance costs are said to be 50 per cent less than for a diesel or petrol model. It has a top speed of 50 mph and carries a one-tonne payload.
