All four senior officers on the CM Lorry Driver of the Year Association will serve for a further year, following their re-election at the CMLDoY annual general meeting last week.
They are as follows: Sir Dan Pettit, president; Gerry Aston, vice-president; Arthur Sherlock-Mesher, deputy president; W. G. Asbury, clerk of the course.
Council members re-elected at the AGM are: CIIr Alan S. Pedley; Dennis leer; and Ron S. Boyce.
Two new Council members were also elected. They are John B. Grimshaw, area road safety officer for Wiltshire County Council, and G. T. Wood, of GKN Screws and Fasteners Ltd.
