Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN Pavilion has been collecting truck drivers' views on its customer care-line since last October: now it has begun acting on suggestions.

Two televisions have been installed in the drivers' rest areas in its sites at Bristol, Swansea and Hilton Park—drivers had complained that staff watched what they wanted, says operations director Nigel Patterson, who has also warned the staff about the issue.

He has also listened to complaints about parking at Pavilion's busiest sites. The company now employs marshals at peak times to direct traffic at sites including Hilton Park and Knutsford.

If you want to make a suggestion to improve Pavilion (and take the chance to win a £10 voucher) phone the hotline on (0800) 318557.

El From April Pavilion will increase the number of tokens drivers can get for buying fuel at its sites.
