• A West Midlands haulier was banned from being a director after his transport company failed with debts of £90,591.
Michael Worton was disquahfled for two years after his firm, Michael Worton & Sons Transport, went into compulsory liquidation in Apri11998.
The company's registered office was in Kates Hill, Dudley: it traded from Middiemoor Road, Smethwick.
Worton operated several trucks from the site and had been in the transport business for more than 10 years.
Former managing director Worton did not contest the proceedings which were heard by District Judge D'Regan In the Birmingham District Registry. The company was compulsorily wound up.
