The Leyland 17-18 Freighter is worth 245,000 and belongs to Mark Webster Furniture of Sutton in Ashfield Stolen from the company's yard at Huthwaite, the vehicle is "a bit unusual", says manager Peter Walker thank to its "enormous length: it's 39ft 3in long altogether with a 7m wheelbase".
The Freighter, reg J550 BAU, was painted half in grey with the upper half green. The letters M and W were in white on the cab doors.
The chassis number is 1038793 and engine reference L/02586.
