Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

1111 Police have recovered two trucks in the West Midlands, which were stolen from Owens Road Services last week (CM10-16 July).

The two vehicles, a blue ERF and a blue Volvo which were taken from car parks in Ludlow and Leominster, were found minus their loads of copper close to the M54 near Wolverhampton. They are now being examined for forensic evidence. Llanelli-based Owens' general manager Duncan Kiley says: "It's good news—there was only minor damage to the cabs.

"We are offering a E10,000 reward for the recovery of the copper and conviction of the thieves."

West Marcia police believe that the cargo was taken by an organised gang stealing copper to order.
