AN INQUIRY began in Redhill Surrey, this week to considel the Government's decision no' to go ahead with the M23 Mit cham-Hooley section.
This is the first case in which an inquiry has been held "in re verse", and follows objection! from 70 individuals and organi sations, many of which are con cerned about growing conges tion on the A23 London-Brighter road.
