Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A London Transport spokesman has informed CM that as a result of representations from local MPs. additional seats will be fitted in standee buses operated on suburban "satellite" services in the Wood Green and Walthamstow areas (CM, last week). Five single seats will be fitted on one side of the main standee area and two on the opposite side, thus increasing the seating capacity to 32.

As well as reducing the distance shoppers or disabled people will have to walk to reach a seat, the existence of seats in the forward saloon, even of the single variety, should create a much better psychological impression ),Nrites Derek Moses). The spokesman added that some little time would elapse before the modification was made.
