Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• London Transport stated last week that five more single-deck Green Line coach routes are to be converted to one-man operation next month. This will be the second, and final, phase of the conversion of all single-deck Green Line services to one-man working and the changeover is planned for February 15.

At the same time double-deck route 708 (Hemel Hempstead-East Grinstead) will also go over to one-man operation with singledeck coaches.

• Paisley's one-man bus service, employing four double-deck buses, started operating, as planned, on the busy Foxbar route on January 6. If it proves successful, further o-m-o double-deckers will be put in service, said a Western SMT spokesman.
