Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QITUATED on the edge of the Inner L...) London ring road, between Baker Street and Edgware Road, a private coach park has recently been opened in Cosway Street, off Marylebone Road, 100 yds. west of Marylebone Station.

Standing off a broad and quiet thoroughfare, the park provides space for 70 coaches on firm, dry ground. Adequate space for manoeuvring is available and two paved runways cross the park. Charges have been decided upon in conjunction with the Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association, the present rate being 5s. for periods up to eight hours and 10s. for longer periods. At present the park opens at 8 a.m. on weekdays, 6 a.m. on, Saturdays and 9 a.m. on Sundays, closing at midnight.

It is the intention of the management to afford assistance to all users of the park. Passengers may be picked up or dropped, and arrangements can be made to provide meals. A rest room and canteen will be opened shortly for drivers, and toilet facilities provided for passengers. Telephone messages from operators will be recorded and passed on to the drivers.

In the case of accidents, breakdowns or illness, the management of the park will give every assistance. No charge will be made for such services, apart from actnal expenses incurred.

Police, London County Council and operators have all expressed their satisfaction with the park, which will solve one of the difficulties facing concerns running coaches into London, but not to a coach station It is hoped eventually to extend the available facilities by the provision of water, fuel and oil supplies.
