Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I suspect there are quite a few people in the industry who will not miss 2009 too much. Load rates and drivers wages have nosedived again while costs keep rising. There is no doubt that it is still very tough out there.

On the forums, the Driver CPC is seen as unwanted, unneeded and irrelevant to drivers. Many hope that it will simply just go away by 2014, and they won't have to take it unlikely.

Our sister magazine Truck & Driver asked for comments from those who had taken any CPC modules. There were almost no replies, but lots of people said that they intended to ignore it a depth of feeling that could become a major industry problem in the years to come...

TruckNet UK has also undergone a transformation this year. We have removed a lot of links and outdated pages in order to concentrate on a new, upgraded forum, which means we now rely solely on discussion and features posted by members of the industry. We knew our page views would suffer, but in November, the forums alone attracted as much traffic as the old complete website a testimony to the relevance and quality of the discussions on it.

In 2010, TruckNet UK will continue to provide the industry's online meeting place. I hope that 2010 is a better year than 2009,
