nowdefunct Dow Freight Services, which followed the decision by VAG to switch its Volkswagen spare parts distribution contract to TNT. TNT (UK) has been awarded costs.
Commenting on the decision, TNT Express (UK) managing director Alan Jones said that the company was "never in any doubt about the outcome of the case, but we are naturally delighted that the Dow Freight action has been dismissed. We can now regard the matter as finally closed."
