UNITED PARCELS no has effective control of Yo Trailer, following acceptan of its £4.96m 45p-per-sha bid to add the trailer, erg neering and bodybuildir group to its parcel deliver dominated activities, (C July 27).
United confirmed this we it had acceptances for 90. per cent of its share capi and it is now empowered, necessary, to acquire compi sordy the remaining shares.
