Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW MAXARET antilock braking system for air braked commercial vehicles goes on sale next month.

The CRM is the first Maxarct for powered vehicles to have wheel-mounted speed sensors, which makes it suitable for any steered, driven or dead axle.

Until now, Anti-Skid Controls has only offered the propeller shaft-sensed CR drive axle system and the MDR trailer system introduced last year.

The CR which remains in production, is popular with UK operators because of its relatively low cost, £.586 installed, but does not satisfy the performance requirements for anti-lock systems specified in the United Nations ECE Regulations 13 (annex 13), which will be the basis for the expected EEC legislation on commercial vehicle anti-lock.
