• The Transport Tribunal has remitted to the South Eastern deputy Licensing Authority for further consideration a refusal of a licence variation application by Charles Scamp, of Faversham. The haulier had also appealed to the Tribunal against the deletion of his only vehicle from the licence for two months and this, too, the deputy LA is asked to reconsider in the light of additional evidence about maintenance.
