Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MOBILE kitchen in which 400 full meals a day can be prepared, has recently been put into service by L.E.C. Catering Service, Ltd., 16, Loughborough Road, Brixton, S.W.9. The unit has been developed by Mr. L. E. Camplin, in conjunction with Evan Cooks Garages, Ltd., Queen's Road, Peckham, London, S.E.15. Its purpose is to provide meals to film units on location in this country. As many of the locations used by the units are in places remote from gas, electricity and water supplies, the mobile kitchen had to be equipped accordingly. The main installation is a Calor-gas system, six cylinders of the gas being housed in a compartment at the rear of the semi-trailer body, which is mounted on a low-loading semi-trailer made by the British Trailer Co., Ltd. The haulage unit is a Commer Q2 truck.

The cooking range is heated by gas, as is a hot cupboard, whilst gas can also be used for lighting. The interior

is, however, wired for electric lighting by battery, generator or mains supplies.

Tanks arranged under sleeping bunks at the forward end of the body hold a total of 200 gallons of water. A canopy is provided over the serving hatch, which is,10 ft. long. For' greater convenience when collecting meals from the counter,•customers stand on a platform which, when not in use, is pushed back underneath the body.
