Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Company van drivers are among the four groups of motorists most at risk on UK roads, along with the young, the elderly, and company car drivers, says RoSPA. "They spend a lot of time on the road, and they're frequently under pressure," says a spokesman.

ROSPA is encouraging employers to equip their light commercials with on-board computers so that they can monitor instances of speeding and heavy braking, arid take them up with the drivers concerned. "Employers and training organisation can also use the data to put together a driver training programme that should reduce the risk of accidents," he observes.

RoSPA is a co-sponsor of Safety & Health Expo 2003. The exhibition will be held at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre between 19 to 22 May.
