• Despite revoking the licence held by Ipswich haulier Shaun Welharn, Eastern TC Brigadier Compton Boyd granted a fresh licence to a new partnership between Shaun and Horace Welharn. The partners had applied for nine vehicles and nine trailers but were granted a licence for only seven vehicles and seven trailers.
