WEST LOTHIAN Labour MP Mr Tam Dalyell has won a partial triumph in his long campaign to keep the Livingston MOTEC open. Junior Transport Minister Lynda Chalker promised last week to visit it, if she is able.
He asked Mrs Chalker to arrange for senior Department of Transport officials to visit the centre before any decision was taken to close it.
