2010, 23 April 2010 An amendment that reflects changes to EU tachograph specification legislation.
The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, from 1 May 2010 Changes to car tests and holders of C 1 and D1 entitlements gained with car tests taken before 1997 prohibited from supervising learner drivers in those categories.
The Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2010, 12 July 2010 The list of dangerous goods prohibited from being carried through the crossing tunnels are updated to refer to the 2009 edition of the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.
The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2010,9 September 2010 The definitions within the regulations are amended to include changes to tachograph legislation and an updated edition (the 17th) of the In Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles.
