Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I'M NOT surprised that the rail bridge on the A5 at Hinckley has been hit again. Have the authorities never heard of the boy who cried wolf?

On at least three occasions in recent weeks, the northbound advance warning system has told me I have an -overhcight vehicle —turn back!" even though my trailer was barely four metres high and clears the bridge with half a metre to spare. It's inevitable that of all the drivers who ignore the warning, the odd one will indeed be overheight.
