BOC with the second largest entry at the finals made a 16rnm film of the day's action for showing to their employees.
A company spokesman said more than 700 people saw the film which was also relayed live to a BOC marquee.
But it was not to be BOC's day. Despite having 41 vehicles the• drivers of which had won through to appear at the finals, none of them reached the final run-off. "Of course we were disappointed, but there is still a lot of enthusiasm for the contest," said the spokesman.
Even so, last year the company managed to get 17 drivers through to the finals and 41 for the finals this year.
