MR. A. . M. BAIN, . of Duns, Berwickshire, was granted an extra vehicle of 3 tons unladen weight on his B licence by the Scottish Licensing Authority, Mr. W. F. Quin, last week in Edinburgh. The Authority was told that the firm already had vehicles of 7 tons capacity for the carriage_ of road and building materials and lime.
