o RoSPA has warned fleet managers to check their drivers have been trained by approved driving instructors. "Fleet managers should beware of cowboys in this mushrooming business," says driver training services manager Roger Clark.

"They could find themselves dealing with unqualified instructors with little experience." he warns.
