• Duckhams claims to have produced the first oil developed exclusively for vans and pickups.
Called Vanguard, the 15/40 lubricant is for petrol or diesel engines and has an additive package tailored for vans.

Faster wash
• Wilcomatic has launched an up-dated truck wash called the Samson II, which it claims can clean up to 60 commercial vehicles an hour.
The fully automatic drive-through wash takes vehicles up to 4.5 metres high and can handle everything from coaches to tippers, says the company.
