THE NEWLY-formed Aftersales Operations of Renault Truck Industries has John Lee as its first director. The new division combines the service and parts departments of the UK commercial vehicle arm of the French manufacturer.
Mr Lee was previously director of RTI's parts department and was responsible for the creation of its 170,000sq ft national parts centre opened two years ago at Elsdon near Birmingham Airport.
