• The Freight Transport Association has extended its range of technical training courses to take in six new subjects. The new courses are designed to assist drivers comply with the law and save money. The subjects covered are: manual handling of loads, driver awareness, fork truck training, lorry-mounted cranes, drivers' hours problems and vehicle testing, The FTA has published a wallet giving details of all available courses and their content.
