We record with regret the de of Keith Wickenden, Wa Haigh and George Crowe.
Mr Wickenden, chairmai European Ferries, was killed Saturday when his light air crashed shortly after taki from Shoreham, Sussex.
He became chairman in ' and was involved in a serie purchases, takeovers and that increased the influenc European Ferries and has air doubled its size.
In 1976 the compi successfully bid for Felixst docks. • The company's chairman was to be discussed at a Ix meeting earlier this week.
Mr Haigh was formerly eral manager of Kingston u Hull City Transport from until his retirement in 1978 died on June 28 in Vancou Canada.
Mr Crowe worked for Tec mit Garage Equipment of mouth for over 40 years. HE tired in 1979 and at that time responsible for the field wor the entire Tecalmit Ser.\ operation.
