Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

,t–NN Monday the new Felixstowe-Rotterdam 1,-.1 roll-on ferry service of Atlantic Steam Navigation's Transport Ferry Service started operating: the " Gaelic Ferry" will operate outwards from Felixstowe on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and will return From Rotterdam on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sat urdays.

Compared with the Tilbury service the transit time will be reduced from 1_64 hours to 91 hours, and there is expected to he speedier Customs clearance. Details of the facilities available at Felixstowe were given in an article in The Commercial Motor on lune 25.

Coinciding with the new service. British Road Ferry Services Ltd. (who are using the trading name " Road Ferry" for short) have started a Continental service through Felixstowe and have opened a new depot nd dock office there with Mr, B. D. Wright as manager. Bulk loads up to 18 tons will be carried in Road Ferry's new Boden semitrailers and their Dutch agents, Van Gend Lai Loos or Rotterdam, will he handling traffic for onward transit.
