Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• ZF Great Britain has just announced the introduction of a single pricing policy for service exchange Ecomat automatic transmissions, for all bus and coach applications. Previously, reconditioned units were offered on a tiered pricing structure, depending on the version and application. Now all transmissions will be available at the lower priced, city, bus levels and the 1996 city bus prices will be held throughout 1997.

This streamlined pricing policy results from efficiency

improvements within ZFGB. All remanufactured units are supplied with a replacement load sensor, free delivery, no surcharge on angle drives and

a two-year/ 200,000km warranty.
