THE EEC Commission's proposals about vehicles permitted to circulate freely within the EEC will probably be considered by the Council of Ministers in the summer, said Transport Secretary, William Rodgers.
This consideration, he added, would follow discussion by the European Parliament and the Economic and Social Committee.
