SCANIA has concluded an agreement with the Moroccan company, Cogespar SA, for the formation of a joint company, Scania Maroc SA, for assembling and marketing Scania lorries and buses in Morocco. Springs, tyres and batteries will be manufactured locally.
Morocco bans imports of fully assembled lorries and buses.
