The Steer-A-Matic vehicle ambulance from lntertrade enables a vehicle to be towed with either its front or rear wheels resting on a towed platform which is 6in. to Bin, high.

Features of the single-axle Tframe drawbar trailer include independent suspension, low centre of gravity and Ackermann steering. Maximum axle-toad capacity is 1 ton, track width is 5ft 8in. maximum, 2ft 10in. minimum, and there is a centre track for three-wheelers. Lockheed mechanical brakes at each wheel are cable operated. An optional extra is a folding gantry with cable pulley; the gantry incorporates a lock for the mechanical lifting bar elevated by means of the 25001b capacity winch.
