Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ragerbrownlarbi.co.uk SUCKLING Transport has returned to profit and says it is reaping the rewards of its investment in new equipment.

Pre-tax profit for the year to 31 March 2010 at the West Thurrock, Essex-based company was £403,848, compared to a loss of £343,376 for the previous year. This was despite a moderate fall in turnover to 1171m from £17.6m the year before.

Peter Lamer. MD at Suckling Transport, says the loss in 2009 was due to the company deciding at the start of the recession to invest in new trucks. staff and training, and that the "fruit of that investment" is now apparent.

He adds: "We invested in our equipment, in our workforce, and particularly in training, "The British Standards Institute once described me as a man who clearly relishes going against the grain by turning people's preconceptions on their head, so anyone who knows me might have expected me to invest when all those around me were making cuts." Suckling Transport won the 2010 Motor Transport Safety in Operation Award, based on the success of its Zero Incidents Project (ZIP). Lamer says it continues to aim for zero incidents and that for 2011, the safety focus will be on journey management.

He adds: -We have seen enormous progress in our safety record. Both accident frequency and severity have seen significant decreases, so much so, that our motor insurance premiums fell by 14% this year.
