ALLEGATIONS by a driver that he had been pressurised into resigning by his former employers Yardley Transport Ltd have been dismissed as untrue by a Leeds Industrial Tribunal in a written decision.
W. Dickenson argued that he had been 'constructively' dismissed because he was placed in a position where he had no alternative but to resign and that his 'dismissal' had been unfair.
The tribunal said that Mr Dickinson had been employed by the company for years. He had had a tory of personal fill difficulties at home been given every c ation by his employer Towards the end of Dickenson broke hi bone. This did not o( ing the course of his ment and as a result II sick from the beginnii until the end of his ment in September.
