Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• West Midlands Travel which has been formed to take over the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive's bus fleet from October 26 — now has three full-time directors.

James Isaac, the director general of the WMPTE and president of the Bus and Coach Council, is managing director of the new company.

Don Colston, the WMPTE present director of finance and business planning, and Mike Street, who is currently director of labour relations, are also joining West Midlands Travel as full-time directors.

The appointment of nonexecutive directors is still to be announced.
