COACH OPERATORS attending the European golf championships at Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey on September 4-7 are being advised of special traffic arrangements to avoid congestion.
Coaches arriving from the South should approach by the A25 and A217 Reigate Hill, Brighton and Dorking Road to the coach park.
Those arriving from the North should use the A217 Brighton Road or Dorking Road to the coach park, bearing in mind that Pebble Hill Road is not suitable for coaches.
The coach park will be in the number one car park which is just off the Dorking Road opposite the junction with Heath Drive, and coach parking will be free.
For drivers not wishing to park at the Championship, a setting clown/ picking up point has been designated off the Dorking Road.
